The change in the event structure is also a clear sign that Chris Ball and C.O haven't got a clue. I decided to click on another option in the DH MTB section and it took me to what looked like MOTO GP! Don't expect full track coverage either, there's still sections missing. I've just tried to watch the MTB DH semi finals and I was stuck in a tv commercial loop which took me back to the listings each time I tried to initiate the coverage. I've not long watched an event on the BBC with commentary from Neil Donoghue and he was just himself and it was great to hear. This just demonstrates that the people at Discovery haven't got a clue about mountain biking! The commentary is poor with two Rob Warner wannabees spending more time trying to be like Rob that they've probably forgotten their own names. You then have to read the description under each of the pictures to find what you want to watch. You first notice this when you search for a particular MTB discipline only to find that the pictures in the list often don't match the discipline televised. Bear in mind that the coverage from Red bull tv was free so one would hope that Discovery's coverage would be better but unfortunately it isn't. I signed up to discovery to watch the downhill mtb after Red bull tv lost the contract.
